How Do I Place An Order?

You can place an order using this site: www.rentNisrael.com, Contact us by email: rentNisrael@gmail.com or by phone: 972-526731403.

Once an order is made, you will be contacted within 24-72 hours. If your order is needed before this time, please contact us by phone.  It is recommended to make the order in advance, to assure the availability of the equipment you need.  

Shipping charges

After submitting an order, you will receive an email containing the shipping fee in Israel according to the delivery destination you provided. If you do not have an exact address yet, please provide the city you wish to receive the delivery, and the shipping fee will be added to the request for payment.   

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes. In case you need to make changes prior to 72 hours to delivery, you can do so by writing us by email: rentNisrael@gmail.com. You will be able to add or remove items, change dates, delivery/ pick up times and addresses. You will receive an order change confirmation via email. Please note that all changes made within 72 hours of the delivery time should also be called in at 972-526731403 and are subject to availability

How do I place an order using the site?

To place an order, please select the equipment choosing the relevant collection available at the “store” drop down menu or just select “order now” to see all rental equipment. To select your item press “add to cart”. You can add this way multiplied rental items as needed. After you are done, go to “cart” located on the upper right button of the home page. Once the checkout is complete, we will contact you via email to confirm details and finalize delivery option including a "request for payment" via PayPal service to finalize your order. 

Is the equipment cleaned and checked before each rental?

We carefully inspect to make sure that the equipment is fully operable prior to every rental and is meticulously checked cleaned and sanitize upon return.  Between each use, all non-cloth items are steam-cleaned and sanitized with a non-toxic environmentally friendly antibacterial disinfectant. 

Do I need PayPal account to pay?

No, you don't need to have PayPal account to pay with PayPal. You can also pay with PayPal using only your credit card. 

Is there a minimum order amount?

Minimum orders range between $35 - $45 depending on the equipment. You may still place an order that falls below this amount but will be charged the appropriate minimum amount for rental. 

What is your cancellation Policy?

We understand that travel plans can change. There is a no cancellation fees on orders canceled prior to 72 hours of the reservation date. Orders canceled within 72 hours of the delivery date will be charged 50% of the original order. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

PayPal is a global secure e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the internet with no need to enter financial details. We accept all major credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through PayPal.
